Deborah F. Ching MPA

Following a career in executive leadership positions in the nonprofit sector (ChinaTown Service Center, Los Angeles Women's Foundation, Liberty Hill Foundation, Coalition to Abolish Slavery & Trafficking, Sexual Assault Crisis Agency), Deborah F. Ching provides organizational development, management and executive consulting services to nonprofit organizations. She works with Boards of Directors and Chief Executive Officers on strategic planning, executive transition, infrastructure development, coaching and facilitation.

Ms. Ching has served on numerous nonprofit Boards of Directors and public service committees. She is currently a Director of the Cathay Bank Foundation, and a member of the Judicial Council of California’s Legal Services Trust Fund Commission. Ms. Ching is a 1998 national fellow of the Asian Pacific American Women’s Leadership Institute and a recipient of the Durfee Sabbatical Award. In 1997, she was named Woman of the Year for the 45th State Assembly District by then Assembly Speaker Antonio Villaraigosa.  Ms. Ching also teaches nonprofit management in the Master’s program for Public Administration at California State University at Northridge.
